Shipping policy
Every retainer is custom-manufactured from your orthodontist's scan. Nothing ships from inventory, so production begins once we have your scan on file and your order details confirmed. If anything is missing, we contact you before production starts.
Delivery time
Orders arrive in 3–5 business days from the start of production. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

- Standard — $8.00
- Express — $15.00

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Hawley retainers
Hawley appliances ship to your orthodontist's practice rather than to your home, because they are fitted and adjusted in the office. Your practice will contact you when yours arrives.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email once your order leaves the lab.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot replace an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Delays, loss, and damage
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, or it arrives damaged, email info@myretainersforlife.com and we will make it right.
