Custom-made products

Every retainer is manufactured to your orthodontist's specifications for your teeth. Because a custom appliance cannot be reused or resold, retainers are not eligible for a standard return or restocking refund. What you get instead is a remedy that actually solves the problem.

30-day fit guarantee

If your retainer does not fit properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it at no charge. We may ask for photos or a short description so the remake corrects the issue.

Manufacturing defects

If your retainer arrives damaged, warped, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement.

Cancelling before production

If you cancel before manufacturing begins, we refund your order in full. Once a lab has begun production an order cannot be cancelled, because your appliance is already being built to your specifications.

Smile Protection Plan enrolment

The enrolment fee is a one-time charge that unlocks member pricing. If you wish to cancel your membership, contact us — cancellation ends member pricing going forward. Retainers already ordered and manufactured are not refundable, for the reason above.
