If your retainer doesn't fit correctly within 30 days of delivery, we'll remake it at no additional cost. No fine print, no runaround. This covers any fit issue — too tight, too loose, uncomfortable pressure points, or anything that doesn't feel the way your retainer should.

Damage from Misuse
Retainers that crack or break from chewing, bending, or improper handling aren't covered under the fit guarantee.
Lost Retainers
Lost or misplaced retainers need a new order. The good news: reordering is fast and easy since your scan is already on file.
Claims After 30 Days
The guarantee window is 30 days from delivery. After that, normal wear and replacement pricing applies.
