Every retainer is custom-made to your doctor's specifications. If the fit isn't right, report it within 30 days and we'll remake it at no additional charge.
What's Covered
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. Upon review of your case and confirmation that it falls under our Fit Guarantee guidelines, we will promptly create a brand-new, customized retainer at no additional charge. This covers any fit issue: too tight, too loose, uncomfortable pressure points, or anything that doesn't feel the way your retainer should. Try your retainer on as soon as it arrives so anything that isn't right is caught inside the window.
Fit Issues
Retainer is too tight, too loose, or doesn't seat properly on your teeth.
Comfort Problems
Pressure points, sharp edges, or areas that irritate your gums or cheeks.
Manufacturing Defects
Cracks, warping, or visible defects that appeared on arrival or shortly after.

Describe the Issue
Let us know what doesn't feel right: where the fit is off, what's uncomfortable, or what you're experiencing. The more detail, the better your remake will be.
We Remake and Ship
Once your case is confirmed under the Fit Guarantee, we'll manufacture a brand-new, customized retainer using your feedback and ship it directly to you at no additional charge.
What's Not Covered
We want to be upfront about what falls outside the guarantee, so you know exactly what to expect. All retainers are customized just for you and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item falls under the guidelines of our Fit Guarantee.
Damage from Misuse
Retainers that crack or break from chewing, bending, or improper handling aren't covered under the fit guarantee.
Lost Retainers
Lost or misplaced retainers need a new order. The good news: reordering is fast and easy since your scan is already on file.
Claims After 30 Days
The guarantee window is 30 days from delivery. After that, normal wear and replacement pricing applies.
Dental Changes Since Your Scan
A well-fitting retainer requires an up-to-date 3D scan. Any dental changes since your last scan will void the Fit Guarantee, and a new scan is required.
